• Wednesday Nights @ 6:30 PM – Whole Foods – Six Forks, Raleigh, NC
• Thursday Nights @ 6:30 PM – Whole Foods – Wade Avenue, Raleigh, NC

WHO:

• YOU!
• All paces from walking to running are welcome.
• Dogs and Strollers too.

WHAT:

• We will meet out front at the outdoor tables.
• We will have maps for you to choose how far you want to want to go.
• After the run, we will meet back out front with food and beverages available inside the store and socialize.
