Join the NCRC Cross-Country Championship Team! (10/23/2018)

Would you like to be a part of the North Carolina Roadrunners Club Cross-Country Championship team?  This year, Sir Walter Running is once again hosting the Raleigh City Cross-Country Championship on Tuesday, October 23 at 6pm in the big grassy field at Dix Park.  The race is three miles.  No limits on size of the team, first four team finishers count in the scoring.

If you would like to run in the championship as part of the NCRC team, first be an active NCRC member, then register for the championship and select NCRC as your team.  Registration for the race is $15 (plus fees) until 10/16, then there is a price increase.  (Please give Brad at president@ncroadrunners.org a heads-up when you register so he can maintain a team roster for the evening.)

No rules on team uniforms, but wear an NCRC club shirt if you have one, or wear a shirt from one of our races!  Plus, you can run in Sir Walter Running’s Pop-up XC races in Dix Park on October 2nd, 9th, and 16th to learn the terrain!

There is a post-race party at Trophy Brewing as well.  We’d love to have you “come run with us” as part of the team, but even if you can’t run, come on out to support and cheer for the NCRC team!
