History of NCRC

This page is a work in progress. Initially, we have a club history compiled in 2017 by Joe Lugiano, NCRC's first president. From that history, we compiled a list of all NCRC presidents. NCRC was founded by Tom Phillips in 1979 but did not have a president until 1981. Thanks to Joe, we also have lists of special volunteer recognition and charter members from 1979. We hope to add profiles of various people who have contributed to NCRC in the past and present and galleries of photos from our history to this page.
