More Prizes Than Participants This Year

I had hoped for more participants this year. We actually have more prizes than participants, so everyone is guaranteed at least one prize. However, there are still incentives to meet the photo challenge and to post in all 10 categories.
Only those who post in all 10 categories will be eligible to win one of the four grand prizes, and my wife and I will be ineligible for those. The grand prizes include two free Tobacco Road Marathon entries (full or half), a $100 Runologie gift card, and a Trader Joe's sampler gift bag. Those who do not meet the challenge will only be eligible to win one of the $25 gift cards (none of the free race entries or $50 gift cards). They would also be ineligible to win the $10 Capstone race credit. I hope all of our participants can meet the challenge.
We're off to a great start in the quality and quantity of photos. So far, I haven't heard of any problems in posting photos or any questions about the event. The gallery navigation glitch from yesterday has been fixed. Starting today, I'll be posting a sampling of the previous day's photos to the #ncrcsspringforth hashtag on Instagram. You're also welcome to post your photos there too.
As of tomorrow, half of the galleries will be open for posting. The new gallery for Monday will be Greenway or Marked Trail. The marking could be by sign(s) and/or trail blazes. This category would not include roads, sidewalks, or paths. Remember that you're not supposed to use the same photo for two different categories (e.g., your Public Park and Greenway or Marked Trail photos should be different).
