If you participated in Spring Forth last year, you may have noticed that so far there have been no new photo categories. This changes Friday with the one new photo category this year: Two or More of Us. This replaces last year's category of Shadow Friends. You could choose to use shadows for Two or More of Us. It can include any photo of you and at least one other person, either a selfie or a non-selfie.
Only four photo categories have been used in all four years: Sign of Spring, Public Park, Greenway or Marked Trail, and Outdoor Art. There has been a total of 22 different categories.
I think I've noticed a couple of instances of photos used in more than one category. I'll be looking at that closer tomorrow and may delete a few photos. Keep that in mind in posting photos: Use different photos for each category. The idea is to offer more variety of photos.
In tomorrow night's email, I'll have more details on the prizes and how the drawing will work on Sunday.
