An Update with Two Full Days Remaining

With two full days remaining in NCRC's Spring Forth, 20 of us (as of 9 p.m. tonight) have already met the photo challenge by posting in at least seven of the 10 galleries. Fourteen so far have posted in all eight of the open galleries, while the other six have posted in seven of the eight. Good job, everybody!
You'll be able to post photos until 9 a.m. Sunday. This will give you a little extra time if you have plans on Saturday. As a reminder, everyone who meets the photo challenge will receive a $10 credit to use toward registration in designated Capstone Event Group races. To be eligible for one of the four grand prizes (two Tobacco Road Marathon full or half entries, a $100 Runologie gift card, and a Trader Joe's sampler gift bag), you must post at least one photo in each of the 10 galleries (my wife and I won't be eligible for the grand prizes). In the random drawing Sunday afternoon, race entries will be awarded before gift cards. Those who don't meet the challenge will only be eligible to win $25 gift cards. Even if you haven't posted any photos yet, there's time to catch up!
These last two Spring Forth categories were both suggested by Girls on the Run. Opening Friday will be the Shadow Friends Gallery. Initially, I thought that should be a human friend's shadow, but now I think a four-legged friend's shadow also should be acceptable.
